Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Attendant for AVANI Adelaide Residences on a casual basis. The role spans Front Office and Food & Beverage to ensure a welcoming guest journey from check-in to check-out and seamless service across dining options.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, RSA certification, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A 7-day rotating roster including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience across Front Office and Food & Beverage would be highly beneficial.
• RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• A positive, adaptable attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth.
• Assist with food and beverage service in café, bar, or in-room dining.
• Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly.
• Deliver orders, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the F&B area.
• Set up and pack down breakfast or function areas as required.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records.
