OTR Group, via its Reddy Express division, seeks a Customer Service Representative on the Gold Coast to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain a welcoming store environment.

You will be on your feet for extended periods, handle multiple tasks, and support promotions while working flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings. Applicants must have Australian working rights and be able to lift items as needed.

Qualifications

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service.
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team.
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)

Responsibilities
