• Experience in hospitality in a Hotel Front Office environment.

• Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
• Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless
• Staying one step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations and solutions
• Being our guests' trusted contact - restaurant recommendations
