Job summary
Guardrail Systems PTY LTD in NSW seeks an experienced Guardrail Installer- Team Leader for regional travel and away-from-home work on road infrastructure and mine-site projects. You will supervise crews, read drawings, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery of installations across NSW.

Qualifications
- White Card (Construction Induction) required.
- Full Driver’s Licence essential; HR/HC licence preferred or willing to obtain.
- Ticketed equipment experience: telehandlers, excavators, Positrack.
- Proven leadership experience on civil/road projects.
- Willing to travel and stay away from home for periods.
- Commitment to WHS policies and safe work practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise guardrail installation crews (3+ people).
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
- Conduct pre-start meetings and toolbox talks daily.
- Ensure WHS compliance and safe work methods on site.
- Operate and oversee plant/equipment with crews.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and mine reps.
- Maintain QA documentation and site records; deliver on schedule.
