Job summary

Evoro is seeking a Guardrail Installer in Sydney to install, repair, and maintain guardrail and safety barrier systems on roadways and construction sites. You will read plans, operate machinery, and collaborate with traffic control and civil crews.

Essentially, you must have proven guardrail experience, a Construction Induction (White Card), and a valid driver’s licence (HR preferred). The role may require days, nights, and some weekends, with a competitive hourly rate and ongoing civil

• Strong work ethic and reliability.

The Role

You will be responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of guardrail and safety barrier systems on roadways and construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of guardrail and wire rope safety barrier systems
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Operating machinery and hand tools safely
• Working alongside traffic control and civil crews
• Ensuring all work complies with safety and RMS/TFNSW standards

Skills and Experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience in guardrail installation (essential)
• Construction Induction (White Card)
• Current driver's licence (HR preferred)
• Ability to work days, nights and occasional weekends
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a team and unsupervised

Desirable Tickets:

• Plant tickets (excavator, skid steer, etc.)
• First Aid
• Working at Heights
