Job summary

Commonwealth Bank Of Australia seeks a Senior Manager, Client Solutions to lead strategic growth initiatives for Business Banking. You will partner with the General Manager, Client Solutions and senior stakeholders to drive cross-functional programs from concept to delivery with measurable business outcomes.

Initial focus areas include Defence, the India Corridor and Environmental & Social growth opportunities, with governance across Product, Distribution, Risk, Operations, Technology, Marketing

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, transformation, proposition, product or change delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Commercial acumen with ability to assess opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and executive engagement skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth initiatives from business case through to delivery and benefits realisation.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Distribution, Risk, Operations, Technology, Marketing and Finance.
• Identify and assess market opportunities, customer needs and commercial value.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across complex environments.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with risk and compliance requirements.
• Support the development of innovative solutions that create value for customers and frontline teams.
