Job summary

Commonwealth Bank in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Solutions to shape and deliver strategic growth initiatives across Business Banking. You will work with the General Manager and senior stakeholders to drive cross-functional programs from concept to measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on Defence, the India Corridor and ESG growth opportunities, requiring strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement and a track record of delivering value in a regulated financial services

Location: Sydney An exciting opportunity to join the Specialist Sales & Client Solutions team and play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic growth initiatives across Business Banking. Working closely with the General Manager, Client Solutions and senior stakeholders across the bank, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through to implementation and measurable business outcomes. Initial focus areas include Defence, the India Corridor and Environmental & Social growth opportunities.
