Orchard Marketing in Sydney is seeking a Customer Strategy & Digital Transformation Director to own growth strategy and experience transformation for major clients. You will diagnose challenges, shape strategies, and lead platform, data and Martech work with Orchard's specialists.

You’ll report to the Head of Customer Growth & MarTech, lead senior client relationships, and collaborate with account, project management, and delivery teams to deliver measurable outcomes in a dynamic, award-winning

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience across customer growth strategy and experience strategy, with a track record of demonstrated strategic and commercial thinking and marketing tech enablement.
• Exposure to platforms such as HubSpot, Optimizely, Salesforce, or data platforms such as CDPs is an advantage, though hands-on platform delivery isn't the core of this role.
• Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and the operational detail of what it takes to implement a recommendation.
• Confident working with AI, data, analytics, and CRO/experimentation specialists, even if that's not your own core discipline.
• Strong client-facing presence and ability to build trust quickly with senior client relationships and autonomy.
• Energised by ambiguity and able to shape briefs rather than requiring one handed to you.

Responsabilités

• Customer growth strategy: identify where and how a client can grow and build the strategy and commercial case.
• Experience strategy and design: shape customer journey, value proposition, and end-to-end experience.
• Martech and data strategy: advise on platform, CRM, marketing automation, and data-layer decisions.
• Commercial and value modelling: translate targets into a credible roadmap.
• Client leadership: manage senior client relationships with presentations and guidance.
• Collaboration: work with account, project management, and delivery teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in customer experience, marketing tech, AI, and best practices.
