Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher in management, business or related field.
Master's degree preferred for strategic leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of finance, governance and regulatory requirements.
Proven senior management or executive experience, 3–7+ years.
Experience running agribusiness or protected-cropping operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Set long-term strategic direction and governance in line with the Board.
Provide leadership across all functions including operations, science, sales and finance.
Ensure compliance with corporate, agricultural, food safety, and workplace laws.
Oversee expansion from 500 to 1,800 greenhouse capacity.
Lead stakeholder negotiations and represent the business at industry forums.
