Job summary

Pure Peninsula Honey, a family-owned Australian honey producer on the Mornington Peninsula, seeks a CEO to set strategic direction and drive long-term growth across sales, finance, operations, manufacturing and supply chain.

You will lead the senior team, foster a high-performance culture, expand revenue across channels, and ensure profitability and governance.

You will also oversee AI and digital transformation to improve efficiency, build key partnerships and identify new markets and products.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership CEO experience.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, agriculture or consumer products.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience managing operations and supply chains.
