Job summary

Netball Queensland is seeking a strategic, commercially-minded Netball Programs & Products Manager to lead the portfolio of netball programs and products. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from opportunity screening through to launch, evaluation and growth, using data and customer insights to inform investment, pricing and delivery decisions.

Qualifications

Experience leading programs, products or portfolios with growth and revenue accountability.
Strong commercial capability, including forecasting, pricing and performance analysis.
Ability to translate insights into viable products and market opportunities.
Proven track record managing diverse teams and stakeholder expectations.
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver strategy for Netball Queensland’s programs and products.
Lead full product lifecycle from opportunity to launch and growth.
Manage revenue, participation, retention and customer experience targets.
Oversee the portfolio budget, forecasting and pricing analysis.
Drive Social Netball growth and other priority participation products.
Maintain on-site presence during key Social Netball events to gather insights.
Lead casual workforce, onboarding, coaching and performance oversight.
Use market research and customer data to guide investments.
Build cross-functional partnerships to execute marketing and customer strategies.
Identify new commercial opportunities and delivery models.
