Job summary

RecruitShop, a leading digital agency in Perth, seeks a Digital Director of Growth and Performance to lead the Growth department. You will shape digital strategy and drive performance across SEO, PPC and growth initiatives for ambitious clients across Australia and SE Asia.

In this senior leadership role, you will guide AI adoption, manage retained services, and mentor a high-performing team while working in a collaborative hybrid environment. Travel to the Indonesian office may be required.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience managing a digital growth or strategy function.
• Strong strategic and financial acumen with KPI delivery.
• Deep understanding of digital strategy, growth marketing, SEO and PPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth department performance, resources and financial targets.
• Develop holistic digital strategies aligned with client growth and commercial objectives.
• Drive adoption of AI and emerging technologies in service delivery.
• Build strategic client relationships to improve performance and renewals.
• Collaborate across creative, technical, data and client service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop agency performance marketing initiatives to generate leads and thought leadership.
• Lead and mentor Digital Consultants and Marketing Strategists to build a high-performing team.
