Job summary

Engineers Australia is seeking a Business Development Support Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to the national Business Development Team. You will work closely with Client Managers and BD Coordinators to manage the administration of new agreements and keep systems up to date.

This fixed-term role offers an opportunity to develop in business development and account management, collaborating across client relationships, project coordination, CRM usage, and service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration or account management.
• Strong customer focus with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer engineering credential and workforce partnership projects, ensuring delivery.
• Provide project and administrative support to National Manager, Partners, and Coordinators.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Support customer enquiries and applications by applying knowledge of membership and credential services.
• Identify process improvements and generate sales opportunities to support targets.
