Engineers Australia is seeking a Business Development Support Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to our national Business Development Team. You will assist with new agreements, keep records up to date, and support clients throughout their partnership.
This 12-month fixed-term role offers exposure to client relationships, account management, and CRM systems. The role is based across Australia with a preference for the east coast, and offers a hybrid working model.

As a Business Development Support Coordinator, you'll provide administrative and coordination support to our national Business Development Team, helping keep our client partnerships running smoothly. You'll work closely with our Client Managers and BD Coordinators to manage the administration of newly signed agreements, keep our systems and records up to date, follow up on actions and requests and support our clients throughout their partnership with Engineers Australia. This is not a traditional sales role. It's an opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised and working with people while also looking to build their skills in business development and account management. You may currently be working in an administration, coordination, customer service or support role and are ready for your next challenge. You'll join a collaborative national team and gain experience across client relationships, account management, project coordination and CRM systems. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity.
This role can be in based in any of our offices across Australia with a preference for east coast.
