Direct Lifts Australia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the design, installation and maintenance of lifts. You will manage technician schedules, coordinate timelines and allocate resources to ensure projects run smoothly.

The role requires proven scheduling experience in the construction or lift industry, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proactive attitude to learn about elevator technology and safety practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project and technician schedules to ensure timely task completion
• Communicate with Site Coordinators and teams to efficiently coordinate and manage installation projects
• Raise and issue purchase orders and follow up on supplier payment
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on service requests
• Manage freight bookings and coordinating transport to site
• Complete timesheets for job costings
• Maintain and update databases with relevant information
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Allocate resources effectively across projects
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Willingness to learn about elevator technology, safety regulations, and industry best practices
