Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet/exceed sales targets through lead generation, conversion, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on membership growth and member experience.
• Drive lead generation through outbound prospecting, referrals, community outreach, and partnerships.
• Manage the full sales journey from enquiry to onboarding and retention.
• Deliver personalised tours and consultations showcasing the World Gym experience.
• Monitor KPIs, CRM workflows, and sales performance.
