Job summary

Sushi Hub is a well-established Australian sushi brand with 200+ stores. We are seeking a commercially focused Marketing Specialist to plan and deliver initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and drive sales across retail and digital channels.

You will research market trends, develop integrated strategies, and coordinate campaigns with stores, suppliers and agencies, ensuring timely, consistent, and measurable outcomes across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional marketing experience.
• Experience in campaign planning, research and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify dining trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for product launches, seasonal menus and promotions.
• Advise on brand positioning, pricing and advertising channels.
• Plan integrated campaigns across social media, website, email and local marketing.
• Prepare briefs and oversee content production in line with brand standards.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns and manage timelines and deliverables.
• Manage marketing calendar and coordinate with store managers and operations.
• Track campaign performance via CRM/analytics and provide recommendations.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across touchpoints and materials.
• Coordinate partnerships, media and agencies with timelines and quality control.
• Organize product launches and local initiatives with venues and partners.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and assess ROI against objectives.
