Job summary

SRG Hospitality in Sydney is seeking a Marketing Executive to sit at the centre of its growth engine. You’ll own end-to-end campaigns across a portfolio of venues, translating brand, data and storytelling into real outcomes and working closely with venue leaders, sales and operations.

You’ll have ownership over content, digital marketing and CRM initiatives, with an emphasis on brand consistency, cross-venue collaboration and delivering measurable commercial results in a hybrid working

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role (hospitality, hotels, lifestyle, or multi-site environments highly regarded).
• Strong copywriting and content skills – you know how to write for real people, not just algorithms.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities without losing attention to detail.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you see gaps and fix them.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Happy to be primarily based at our Sydney Head Office, with regular venue engagement.

Responsibilities

• Campaign execution across a growing portfolio – end-to-end campaigns from concept through launch, optimisation and reporting.
• Content, brand & storytelling – create on-brand content across social, email, websites and in-venue collateral.
• Digital & performance marketing – maintain websites and digital channels, support CRM and audience engagement.
• Stakeholder & venue collaboration – work with venue GMs to ensure marketing is accurate and locally relevant.
• Brand consistency at scale – protect and evolve SRG’s brand architecture while keeping venues distinct.
