Job summary

Hefty.gg is seeking a proactive Junior Marketing Director to grow users and subscriptions through community engagement, paid advertising and partnerships. This hands-on role starts as a 3–4 month full-time contract in Sydney with potential to convert to permanent based on performance.

You will run campaigns, build influencer partnerships and create content across major social channels. You’ll collaborate with the product team to articulate product value and tailor messaging for gaming

Qualifications

• Practical experience in digital marketing, community engagement and paid social advertising.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Community Manager to promote Hefty.gg in forums, Reddit, Facebook groups and Discord channels.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Reddit and other platforms including budgets and targeting.
• Identify and approach relevant influencers/creators for partnerships and cross-promotion.
• Develop sponsorships, giveaways and campaigns to grow users and subscriptions.
• Create and coordinate marketing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and other social channels.
• Track campaign results and CAC to improve performance.
• Work with product team to communicate feature value to users.
