Qualifikationen

• Practical experience in digital marketing, community engagement and paid social advertising.
• Familiarity with Reddit, Discord, Facebook groups and online gaming communities.
• Experience managing go-to-market strategies, advertising budgets and measuring campaign performance.
• Experience in reward platforms a bonus.
• Confidence reaching out to influencers, negotiating partnerships and coordinating promotions.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.
• A creative, organised and independent approach with a focus on growing users and subscriptions.
• An interest in gaming and an understanding of how to connect with gaming audiences.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with Community Manager to promote Hefty.gg in forums, Reddit, Facebook groups and Discord channels.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Reddit and other platforms, including budgets and targeting.
• Identify and approach relevant influencers and creators for partnerships and cross-promotion.
• Develop sponsorships, giveaways and campaigns to grow users and subscriptions.
• Create and coordinate marketing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and others.
• Track campaign results, ad spend, CAC and conversions, using data to improve performance.
• Work closely with the product team to communicate feature value to potential users.
