• 4–7 years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation marketing.
• Proven experience building funnels and nurture flows, not just campaigns.
• Hands-on with paid social (LinkedIn) and marketing automation/CRM.
• Commercially minded with focus on pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise funnels and map full buyer journey to hand-off with sales.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns; manage paid ads budgets and returns.
• Own MQL targets and pipeline contribution; develop lead scoring with sales.
• Develop CRM and marketing automation stack; ensure data integrity and attribution.
