Job summary

Kiwicare is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth across our retail portfolio in Australia and New Zealand. You will lead New Product Development (NPD) projects, identify market opportunities and support portfolio optimisation to ensure strong retail execution.

Based in Melbourne or Brisbane, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products, pricing and commercial objectives while maintaining a focus on actionable insights and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in product management, development or marketing with a relevant qualification.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial acumen to translate market insights into actions.

Responsibilities

Lead NPD projects from concept to launch across cross-functional teams.
Identify market trends and growth opportunities to support innovation and portfolio performance.
Support portfolio planning, range optimisation and product rationalisation.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance to meet objectives.
Develop customer-facing materials and support retail execution activities.
Monitor competitor activity and maintain accurate product information and documentation.
