Job summary

Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited in Adelaide, SA, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and optimise digital campaigns, improve customer journeys and drive online sales. The role combines creativity with commercial thinking to deliver measurable growth across paid, organic and ecommerce channels.

The successful candidate will manage website content, collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams, and use GA4/GTM analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or website optimisation.
• Experience executing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Strong knowledge of customer journeys, conversion optimisation and digital performance metrics.
• Experience managing website content and online product information.
• Confidence working with agency partners and cross functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and reporting tools.
• Experience within retail, manufacturing, construction, trade or home improvement environments.
• eCommerce marketplace experience.
• Knowledge of PIM, DAM or Customer Data Platforms.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital initiatives that deliver commercial outcomes.
• Manage multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, social, email and organic channels.
• Drive SEO performance and visibility across search engines.
• Manage and optimise Stratco's websites to improve conversion and online sales.
• Support ecommerce growth through improved merchandising and product content.
• Analyse campaign and website data to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver insights through reporting and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate digital activity with agencies and external stakeholders.
