Job summary

Rockwear is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to shape how customers discover and shop the brand across Australia. You will partner with Marketing, Creative, CRM, eCommerce and our media agency to craft a full-funnel strategy, manage budgets, and deliver high-impact campaigns across paid channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing with digital focus.
• Understanding of performance marketing and customer acquisition.
• Proficiency with paid media platforms and analytics.
• Experience with agency relationships is valued.
• Retail or ecommerce experience preferred.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Rockwear’s digital marketing strategy across channels.
• Plan and deliver full-funnel campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Affiliates.
• Lead campaign development from briefing to post-analysis.
• Manage Meta campaigns, including audience and creative testing.
• Oversee agency performance and budget management.
• Forecast budgets monthly and weekly; report ROAS and CVR.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and trading to meet revenue targets.
• Identify growth opportunities and emerging digital trends.
