Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Content, SEO, Website Manager or Marketing Specialist roles.
• Strong WordPress and website management experience.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console and reporting tools.
• Ability to develop content plans and content calendars.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with subject matter experts.
• Comfortable owning execution end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve the firm's WordPress website.
• Drive SEO strategy and improve organic search visibility.
• Monitor and report on website performance using GA, Search Console and SEO tools.
• Develop and execute a content strategy that supports business growth.
• Collaborate with accountants and advisers to package thought leadership opportunities.
• Manage EDM campaigns and digital communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve website UX, engagement and lead generation.
• Coordinate external suppliers as required.
• Leverage data and insights to optimise marketing activity and inform decisions.
