Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience in growth, marketing, brand, or GTM role.
• Proficiency with modern marketing tools and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and ship marketing assets including landing pages, campaigns, sales decks, one-pagers, and social content aligned to our AI-native capability
• Produce content that speaks to both B2B employers and B2C job seekers
• Own the swipejobs look and voice across all touchpoints
• Build AI-powered marketing workflows to automate research, drafting, personalisation, and creative production
• Run growth experiments from hypothesis to readout with analytics and clear recommendations
• Take initiatives from zero to one and scale successful ideas
