Job summary

HotDoc is seeking a growth-oriented full-stack engineer to own experiments within a mission-driven Growth team in Melbourne. You will frame bets with a Growth PM, ship the smallest viable experiment behind feature flags, instrument outcomes, and present learnings to shape AI-first workflows across the function.

You will help drive the patient growth engine for HotDoc, benefiting over 2 million+ patients monthly, and collaborate with analytics and data peers to codify scalable growth practices

Qualifications

  • 5+ years building and growing B2C products in high-performing teams.
  • Strong product sense and UX taste for multi-user win scenarios.
  • Full-stack capabilities with judicious use of AI to bridge gaps.
  • Experience with AI tooling and experimentation platforms.
  • Clear, proactive communication about constraints and risks.

Responsibilities

  • Embed in a mission-based team with Growth PM, designer and data peers.
  • Coauthor hypotheses, build the smallest testable version, track and analyse results.
  • Ship behind a feature flag, define guardrails, and ensure patient safety.
  • Retire losing experiments and remove associated flags and tracking.
  • Document outcomes for reuse across the Growth function.
  • Develop reusable AI workflows and elevate engineering standards.
