Stepz Fitness Toowong is seeking a Full-Time Club Manager to lead the daily operations of our Brisbane gym. You’ll be the face of the club, ensuring member satisfaction, handling enquiries, and driving new memberships.

This hands-on role requires a proactive, outgoing personality with strong customer service and sales skills. You’ll work closely with staff and trainers to foster a welcoming, high-energy environment and grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the gym.
• Welcome and build relationships with members.
• Handle membership enquiries and tours.
• Sign up new members and drive membership growth.
• Follow up leads and prospective members.
• Respond to calls, emails and social media enquiries.
• Support staff and personal trainers.
• Keep the gym clean and well presented.
• Foster a positive, energetic club atmosphere.
• Identify opportunities to improve and grow the club.
