Responsibilities

Through rotations, you’ll work with diverse teams and gain exposure to delivering transformation at scale.
Depending on your rotation, you may: contribute to strategies that improve customer and colleague experiences.
Work with product and business teams to analyse customer needs and market trends.
Help design and deliver customer propositions and solutions.
Review, strengthen and automate controls to protect customers and colleagues.
Use data and analysis to identify product and process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with teams across NAB to deliver impactful transformation initiatives.
