Job summary

Spectrum Migrant Resource Centre Ltd is seeking an Elderly Group Facilitator to lead engaging activities for older adults at the Clifton Respite Centre in Preston. The role focuses on promoting wellbeing, social connection, and dignity in a welcoming, inclusive space.

We value experience in group programming, strong communication, and a patient, empathetic approach to seniors. Employment is subject to background checks and right to work in Australia, with hybrid working arrangements offered.
