Job summary

The Onset is seeking a Group Product Manager – Platform Experience in Sydney, Australia. You will lead a small PM team, own the platform's consolidated strategy and roadmap, and shape how advertisers interact with a scalable B2B AdTech platform.

Ideal candidates bring experience with complex B2B SaaS/AdTech products, strong leadership, and a track record of driving revenue and user adoption while balancing technical and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 3 Product Managers to lift product craft and performance.
• Own the consolidated product strategy and roadmap across the platform.
• Evolve the advertiser experience towards more intuitive, self-service capabilities.
• Identify new technology and product opportunities across the AdTech ecosystem.
• Balance customer needs, platform investments and commercial priorities.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data and Commercial teams.
• Drive measurable improvements in revenue, adoption, customer experience and engagement.
• Build strong product disciplines across discovery, delivery, measurement and go-to-market.
