Job summary

The Onset in Sydney is seeking a Group Product Manager – AI & Intelligence Platforms to own an enterprise AI portfolio spanning NLP, agents, APIs and data enrichment. You will lead strategy, commercialisation and a team of Product Managers.

You will shape how AI, ML and agentic tech become core capabilities within an enterprise data platform, delivering explainable, auditable outputs for regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI or ML products in enterprise settings.
• Background in regulated or high-scrutiny environments is a plus.
• Ability to lead and develop Product Managers; strong commercial judgment.
• Strong API, integration or developer-product experience.
• Knowledge of NLP, semantic search, RAG, agents or data enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Define AI portfolio vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Lead product strategy across AI, NLP, agents, APIs and developer capabilities.
• Grow partner, developer and technology ecosystem.
• Drive adoption, expansion and commercial outcomes.
