Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Personal Fitness Coach for Genesis Fitness Clubs in Port Macquarie. You will deliver Coaching Zone sessions (small group training) and work with Myzone heart rate training, nutrition programs, and the Coaching Zone app.

Prior group fitness experience is valued but not essential, with mentoring and development opportunities provided. You will collaborate with the Head Fitness Coach and pursue business development to advance the Coaching Zone Coach role.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate 3 in Fitness with AusActive registration or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Working with Children Check (NSW) and a valid driver's licence.

The Role

As one of our Personal Fitness Coaches, you will be trained to deliver Coaching Zone sessions (small group training) as part of our revolutionary Coaching Zone program. We will train you to deliver these amazing programs, also in Myzone heart rate training technology (a key component of our program), as well as our full nutrition program and the Coaching Zone app. Our coaches love helping members by having fun and generating an amazing level of energy in the sessions (Your experience in group fitness classes will be well regarded, but not essential).

You will work closely with our Head Fitness Coach and delve deep into the business development that ensures you an amazing Coaching Zone Coach.

• Ability to engage and co-ordinate a group of clients
• Inspirational leadership qualities
• A 'Can Do' attitude
• Certificate 3 in Fitness
• Registration (AusActive)
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Working with Children Check (NSW)
• Current Drivers Licence

Desirable:

• Level 1 Boxing
• Level 1 Kettlebell
• Strength and Conditioning Level 1
• Effective Movement Trainer/ Mechanics of Lifting/Function Training
