Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a Group Marketing Manager for its recruitment multi-brand group, based in Sydney with Melbourne considered. The role offers $110,000–$120,000 + super + annual bonus, with hybrid working and a CBD office.

You will lead 3 brands, drive content, campaigns and martech optimisation, and report to the Group Marketing Director. The team includes three direct reports and a wider group of eight.

Qualifications

• B2B marketing experience in recruitment or professional services.
• Strong writing and content skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own content and brand: create compelling content, sales collateral and leadership thought leadership.
• Drive campaigns and events: partner with sales and agencies to engage clients and candidates.
• Optimise martech: CRM integration, automation and customer journeys.
