Job summary

Fitness First Australia is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor in Melbourne to lead engaging group classes with a focus on safety and consistency. You will deliver accessible workouts, maintain the class format, and foster a welcoming environment where members can achieve their goals.

The role requires GEL Cert or Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Australia registration, and First Aid/CPR, with opportunity to grow within FLG’s Asia Pacific network.

Qualifications

• GEL Certification or Cert III (or higher) in Fitness.
• Registration with Fitness Australia.
• First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Industry recognised qualification in your field of practice.
• Ability to engage with and motivate members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and accessible group fitness classes.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of members.
• Maintain consistent delivery of the class format.
• Maximise class attendance through high-level execution.
• Keep studios neat and store equipment properly.
