Job summary

Fitness First is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging group fitness classes across Melbourne. You will create a welcoming environment where members feel supported and encouraged to achieve their goals, while maintaining safe practices and high-quality class delivery.

Qualifications

• GEL Certification or Cert III (or higher) in Fitness.
• Registration with Fitness Australia.
• First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Industry recognised qualification in your field of practice.
• Ability to engage with and motivate members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and accessible group fitness classes.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of members.
• Maintain consistent delivery of the class format.
• Maximise class attendance through high-level execution.
• Ensure studios are kept neat and tidy, with all equipment packed away.
