Job summary

Perigon Group, a data centre and digital infrastructure investor and developer in Australia, is seeking a Finance Manager to own group reporting within a high-growth ASX-listed business. This hands-on role covers monthly group consolidation, technical accounting, and statutory reporting, with exposure to Board reporting, external audits, and complex accounting matters.

You will bring CA/CPA qualifications, strong AASB/IFRS knowledge, and experience with group consolidated reporting in ASX

Qualifications

• CA (or CPA) qualification and ideally Chartered training.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (AASB/IFRS).
• Experience with group consolidated reporting in ASX or complex environments.
• Attention to detail and reporting integrity.
• Proactive mindset to improve processes, systems, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monthly group consolidation and technical accounting.
• Half-year and year-end statutory reporting.
• Board reporting and coordination with external audit.
• Address complex accounting matters as part of group reporting.

• Up to $170k + super + 20% STI / Up to $226k total package

An exciting opportunity for a technically strong Finance Manager to take ownership of group reporting within a high growth ASX-listed digital infrastructure group. Backed by a major and highly successful fund manager.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for monthly group consolidation, technical accounting and half-year and year-end statutory reporting. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of group financial reporting, with direct involvement in Board reporting, external audit and complex accounting matters.

About You

• CA (or CPA) and ideally trained in chartered
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including AASB/IFRS
• Experience preparing or auditing group consolidated reporting ideally in an ASX or complex environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to financial reporting integrity
• A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes, systems and reporting capabilities
• Driven to upskills and challenge yourself in a highly dynamic and scaling environment, offering significant growth
