The Group Partnerships Manager is a key leadership role responsible for providing end-to-end leadership across a full sales vertical. You will drive revenue, team performance, and strategic growth across all client tiers while developing future leaders. Responsible for delivering an annual revenue target ($50M–$100M+), you will balance strategic client prioritisation with proactive team development.
As an inspirational sales leader, you will model curiosity, serve as a trusted consultant through client-led solutions, and champion a high-performance environment. You embody Enterprise Leadership, beyond your vertical and contribute to broader teams in Cartology as well as Woolworths group to succeed.
You will embed the C1 Sales Methodology (with a Client-First approach) into daily operations—ensuring your team excels at Targeting Strategically, Influencing with Insight, and Sharing the Story.
