GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The company.

Our client is a well-established, privately held Australian industrial group with annual turnover of approximately $50million. Operating across several complementary businesses, the Group has a proud manufacturing heritage, established customer relationships and an ongoing commitment to safe, sustainable and commercially disciplined operations. This is a confidential appointment within a stable organisation entering its next stage of leadership and development.

The role.

Reporting directly to the Board, the Group Chief Financial Officer will provide financial, commercial and governance leadership across the Group. The CFO will strengthen reporting, forecasting, risk management, systems and organisational capability while working closely with the leaders of each operating business. We are seeking a CA or CPA-qualified executive with senior finance leadership experience, strong manufacturing or industrial commerciality, Board-level credibility and the judgement to balance Group governance with operational accountability.

Experience in a privately held, multi-entity or comparable industrial environment will be highly regarded.
