Job summary

Tobin McClintock is conducting a search for a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team of a large Australian organisation delivering across advanced manufacturing, critical infrastructure, research and commercial activities.

The successful candidate will bring CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a complex, regulated environment with strong commercial judgement and proven partnering with the ELT and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building as a cross functional ELT partner and influencer.
• Strong commercial judgement and business-partnering capability.
• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, defence, energy, healthcare production or another operationally intensive environment.

• Confidence operating in highly regulated and governance-intensive settings.

We are conducting the search for a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team of a large, regulated and technically complex Australian organisation operating across advanced manufacturing, critical infrastructure, research and commercial activities.

The organisation operates substantial physical assets, complex manufacturing and supply-chain activities, major capital programmes and commercial operations within a demanding regulatory environment. We are looking for a CFO who is equally comfortable in the operations and in the ELT.

The successful executive is likely to bring:

• CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a complex organisation.
