Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a Group Accounting Manager to lead the Group Accounting team and ensure accurate financial reporting across our ASX-listed retail group, including consolidation, balance sheet and P&L outcomes. You will drive governance, controls and compliance, acting as SME on accounting treatment and systems integration.

In this role you will own the month-end close, partner with business leaders, deliver insights for budgets and forecasts, and push continuous improvement

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification and strong accounting expertise.
• Experience leading large finance teams in complex organisations.
• Experience with listed company reporting and retail sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group Accounting team to deliver accurate financial reporting.
• Own month-end close, consolidation, and balance sheet integrity.
• Drive process improvement, automation and system interfaces.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits and tax support.
