Job summary

ROR FOUNDATION WORKS PTY LTD in Woodville North SA 5012 is hiring a Civil Construction Trades Worker to prepare and level sites, operate earthmoving equipment, and support civil infrastructure projects. The role requires a year of experience in earthworks and a Certificate III or Diploma in Civil Construction.

You will collaborate with site teams, ensure safety compliance, and assist with underground services installations and drainage works while maintaining equipment and following project

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of civil construction/earthworks experience.
• Ability to operate or assist excavators/Posi-track machines.
• Knowledge of ground prep and earthmoving processes.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.
• Good communication with supervisors and operators.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and level construction sites by scraping, cut and fill for civil works.
• Set out work areas and excavation zones for safe operations.
• Operate excavators, Posi-track machines to excavate and move soil.
• Dig trenches, footings and foundations for residential/civil projects.
• Load and transport excavated materials; assist with bulk earthworks.
• Backfill excavations and compact to project specs.
• Inspect and maintain plant; perform pre-start checks.
• Assist with underground services installation and drainage work.
• Support temporary traffic control and site safety zones.
• Coordinate with supervisors and teams to meet schedules.
