Ror Foundation Works Pty Ltd is seeking a Civil Construction Trades Worker to join its Adelaide-area team. The role focuses on earthworks, site preparation, and operating excavators and Posi-track machines on residential and civil projects.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of civil construction experience, be able to follow site instructions, and maintain equipment and safety standards on site in Woodville North.

Formación

• At least 1 year of civil construction or earthworks experience.
• Ability to operate excavators, Posi-track machines, or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of excavation techniques, ground preparation, and earthmoving processes.
• Understanding of construction site safety procedures and hazard management.
• Ability to follow site instructions and work effectively within construction teams.
• Good communication skills when coordinating with supervisors, operators, and other workers.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks in outdoor environments.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and level sites with site scraping, cut and fill activities, and ground preparation for civil works.
• Set out work areas and excavation zones for safe operations.
• Operate earthmoving equipment to excavate, move, and grade soil and materials.
• Excavate trenches, footings, and foundations for residential and civil projects.
• Load excavated material for transport and support bulk earthworks.
• Backfill excavations and compact soil to meet project specs.
• Inspect and maintain plant machinery daily and report faults.
• Assist with underground services and drainage installations as required.
• Support temporary traffic control and site safety zones on site.
