Green by Nature is seeking a Grounds Person to join our team in Marrara, NT. You’ll perform routine maintenance across mobile sites and ensure high standards of presentation and safety outdoors.

Key tasks include mowing high-profile sites, weed control, litter removal, and pre-start checks on machinery, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency while working in varying weather conditions. We offer safety training and a supportive team culture with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Must hold a Valid C Class Licence, MR desirable.
• Ride on Cylinder Mower experience will be highly regarded.
• Current White Card and Working with Children check or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to operate Zero Turn Mowers, brush cutters and small power equipment.
• Knowledge of herbicide applications and techniques.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and the sun.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Check.

Green by Nature is looking for a reliable and hands-on Groundsperson to join our team in Marrara, NT. As a Groundsperson, you will be responsible for undertaking routine maintenance works across various mobile sites.

About You
