Salary aligns with the School Officer Level 3 classification under the Catholic Employing Authorities Enterprise Agreement and may include penalties for Saturday work. Flexible hours may be negotiated with the Manager Property and Services and the Business Manager.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/experience/qualifications in grounds/general maintenance, including property use of tools and equipment
• Open driver's licence
• Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices, hazard identification and safe equipment operation
• Current licences/certificates for plant, machinery and chemical handling or other equipment used in the role
• Light Rigid (LR) Bus Licence or willingness to obtain
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change
• Computer skills in Microsoft applications and willingness to learn
