Job summary

The Belvedere Hotel, operated by Lewis Leisure Pty Limited, at Woody Point QLD, is seeking a hands-on Grounds Keeper/Cellarman to maintain gardens and support cellar operations. We boast newly renovated spaces including a revitalised Pavilion alfresco restaurant, a multitude of new bars spanning across two levels with spaces to sit back and enjoy award‑winning sunsets across our waterfront grounds.

We have an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on Groundskeeper/Cellarman to join our team. This is a varied role covering garden and grounds maintenance, cellar duties, and general support around the hotel — including moving stock and equipment, deep cleaning, and pressure washing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cellar duties such as stock rotation, keg changes and putting away the beverage order
• Assisting the wider team with moving stock, furniture and equipment around the venue
• Deep cleaning and pressure washing of grounds, cellar and back‑of‑house areas
• General garden and grounds maintenance

What we're looking for:

• Physically fit and happy to get your hands dirty, there's a fair bit of deep cleaning involved
• Reliable, polite and presentable, as you'll be working around our customers
• Compliance with required safety regulations

This is a permanent position working 5 days per week.
