Job summary

Ball2Data Limited is seeking energetic and reliable Ground Coordinators to support our live match operations across Australia. You will be the on-site face, setting up cameras, surveying grounds and liaising with club officials to ensure smooth operations before, during and after matches.

This flexible, project-based role offers full training and is ideal for sports enthusiasts who want to be at the heart of live broadcast production. Based in Australia, you will travel to venues as required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Australian driving licence and own vehicle.
• Excellent English communication skills, confident speaking with club officials.
• Physically fit to carry and set up broadcast equipment.
• Reliable, punctual and well-organised.
• Available for weekend and weekday match fixtures.
• Based in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pack down camera equipment at match venues
• Survey grounds - measure boundary distances, pitch length and venue layout
• Liaise professionally with club organisers, groundstaff and officials
• Obtain sign-off from ground organisers before and after each visit
• Ensure cameras are positioned correctly for optimal broadcast coverage
• Transport and carry equipment kit to and from venues
• Communicate any ground or venue issues to the production team
• Represent Ball2Data professionally at all times
