Petbarn in Butler is seeking an experienced Pet Stylist to advance to Grooming Salon Manager. You will clip and scissor across all breeds and train a passionate team, delivering consistent grooming excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional grooming experience.
• Ability to complete all grooming services without supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of grooming techniques, equipment and breed/coat types.
• Ability to provide consultation, quoting, bookings, invoicing, ordering and operational tasks.
• Be able to complete all aspects of operations management and team management.
• Complete at least 6–8 grooming services per day.
• Strong customer service approach with excellent dog handling skills and breed knowledge.

As a Salon Manager you must be able to clip and scissor across all breeds and train and develop a passionate team.

As part of this process, you will be asked to complete a two-hour grooming trial.
