Job summary

SpaceX is hiring a Solutions Architect in Sydney to help strategic customers make AI-native workflows real in production using the Grok platform. You’ll work across Grok Bot for knowledge work and Grok Build for AI‑native software development, partnering with ADMs to own the technical track from architecture to security.

The role sits in the Customer Success organization and requires deep technical foundations, with responsibility for enterprise adoption, governance, and driving measurable

Qualifications

• Deep technical foundations across APIs, software architecture, cloud infrastructure, data, and security.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and SDLC tooling.
• Ability to communicate with executives and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Roll out Grok Build across strategic engineering orgs and integrate into real codebases and production workflows.
• Configure developer environments, repository rules, and conventions, and drive adoption.
• Lead agentic SDLC practices through planning, implementation, testing, CI, and code review.
• Keep a strong hands‑on Build baseline by shipping runnable work in Grok Build.
• Use Grok Bot to translate business problems into user stories flowing to Jira and SDLC.
• Lead discovery for knowledge‑work and redesign workflows around AI agents and enterprise tools.
• Operationalize agents with ownership, integrations, and guardrails.
• Establish data governance and security framework for enterprise adoption.
• Drive expansion opportunities with ADMs and Account Executives.
• Lead architecture reviews and advise on design, productivity, and adoption strategy.
• Prototype by connecting systems and debugging until working end‑to‑end.
• Discuss trust boundaries with CISOs and platform owners.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to unblock customers.
• Translate adoption into measurable impact and embed Grok in core workflows.
• Shape requirements with Product/Engineering and provide reusable deployment patterns.
