Qualifications

• Experience in a grocery or retail leadership role (3+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands‑on approach and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Passion for fresh food, retail and customer experience
• Physical capability for lifting and being on your feet throughout shifts
• A motivated, positive attitude and drive to succeed
